Jesus healed on the Sabbath. Doing good for others can't be bad! Besides, everyday is the Sabbath. We are to rest in Jesus daily.

You can still honor the Sabbath by going to church.
A lot of the people I know work on Sundays. I work on Sundays. I've worked on Sundays since I was 12 years old. (Granted, it's working at a church, but still.)
