If she's into gardening, you could get her seeds, plants...
Or maybe one day you can just bring her out for lunch!

If you're really stumped, I think a gift card a beautiful bouquet of flowers would be perfect. You should give it to her during the first week of August :)

You should bake her something :) Also, think of what she has in her house. Is there any kind of a theme? Does she collect anything? Maybe you could get her a unique/interesting looking rosary.

I would give it to her on the 15th, it's right in the middle, not too belated and not too early :)

Something you have made by hand. This shows that alot of thought has gone into it rather than just buying any old thing at the last minute. Cakes, buns a flower arrangement?? A photo album or scrap book of her fave things?? A hand painted stone with a prayer on,, and if you do not know the day she was born you would either have to guess it or fish for information from her, it shouldnt be too hard really! Next time you talk mention you realise its her birthday this month then casually ask if shes celebrating, if she has a cake then slip in ,,what day its on? Good luck
Oh and its like half one in morn here in the uk, where are you and what time lol x
PS Just an afterthought, Why would giving out the day of month of her birthday reveal her age?
